The employer's right to stop paying non-transitive benefits (benefits) after the termination of the collective agreement (SSE/DA) that provided for them, even if he continued to pay them for a long time, provided that he had reserved expressly of the relevant right with a condition contained in the individual employment contract, as well as in the company's Labor Regulations.
