The fate of the wage conditions provided for by a Collective Labor Agreement, after its expiry, either upon expiry of its validity period or upon termination by the contracting parties - How could wage benefits be maintained, after the expiry of a Collective Agreement Employment, without becoming terms of the individual employment contract of the employees.
