He exclusively handles labour law cases, individual and collective labour disputes, with extensive experience in all types of cases arising in the field of organised professional activity.
He is a legal advisor to companies operating in almost all sectors of the economy (banks, industries, craft and commercial enterprises, food and catering chains) and is distinguished for his expertise in the organisation of labour relations, human resources management, as well as in the preparation of employment – related restructuring plans.
He works with companies and institutions belonging to the public sector, having the necessary familiarity with the peculiarities and complex rules governing the employment relations of their staff.
He has successfully handled significant litigation for the businesses and employees he represents in courts of all types and all levels of jurisdiction.
