Since the beginning of her legal career, she has been a member of the law firm "Tarpinidis & Partners" and deals exclusively with labour law cases, either on an individual or collective level.

She works with companies operating in almost all sectors of the economy (industries, manufacturing and commercial enterprises, food and catering chains, etc.) and is distinguished for her expertise in the day-to-day management of human resources, suggesting solutions that help in the implementation of business decisions.

She has significant experience in resolving labour disputes before public authorities (SEPE: Hellenic Labour Inspectorate, EFKA: National Social Security Institution), effectively contributing to the prevention of the risk of litigation.
