A dependent labor contract can also be concluded between spouses or relatives or friends or partners. In each specific case, however, it should be established that the conditions of this contract are met, including the legal dependence of the employee on the employer. If the work is provided, without remuneration, without the intention of any compensation, but also without the will to produce any result, due to an existing kinship relationship, no dependent labor contract is concluded between the parties.
