Proceedings for the assignment of sole custody of minor children and the granting of family housing to the father. The confrontation of the parents from the time of their separation is a contraindication for any form of custody practice. The creation of a factual situation with the violation, by the mother, of the decision of the interim measures, which granted the sole custody of the minor daughter to the father, cannot be a criterion for assigning the final custody of the minor to her.
