Labor law seminar on the census process of Digital Organization of Working Time

With the participation of our partners, business representatives and executives of human resources management departments, a special seminar organized by our Company took place on 16.12.2022, at the MonAsty Hotel, in Thessaloniki.

The topic of our seminar was the Digital Organization of Working Time and in particular, the new way of declaring the organization of working time and the imminent implementation of the digital work card.

The questions asked confirm the high degree of readiness of the executives who have been entrusted with carrying out the new system of recording and monitoring the time of employment of employees. At the same time, however, they highlighted the loopholes in the legislation, the seriousness of which ultimately creates uncertainty for the success of the system in question.
