According to the specific announcement, from 12-01-2023, all businesses - employers, who have now completed the census process of the digital organization of the working time of their employees with a dependent employment relationship, may:
To declare in the new digital environment of the P.S. TOOL II, the leaves for their employees, census and until the end of the first ten days of the calendar month following the month of their grant.

- The declaration will be possible from the first day of the month in which the license was granted until the tenth day of the following calendar month.

- The declarations will concern licenses granted from the month of January 2023 onwards.

- The declarations will include the recording of the employee's Regular Leave for a period of time Date From – Date To, the recording of other types of Day Leave for a specific date, as well as the recording of various types of Hourly Leave of the employee for a specific date and additional information for Time from / Time to .

- The user can submit a statement of Organization of Working Time - Permits "FORMS SEPE > Digital Organization of Working Time > Import" and the status option "Organization of Working Time - Permits".

- For this specific procedure, a correct repetition is also provided, by filling in the protocol number and the date of submission of the original one. By submitting the declaration with a correct repetition, the original declaration is revoked and only the content of the new declaration is valid. It is also possible to withdraw the statement. The above possibilities should be in accordance with the relevant legislation that governs the granting of each registered license.
